On the second leg of their first back-to-back of the season, the Miami Heat’s red hot shooting performance fueled their 129-103 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies on Saturday night at FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tenn.
Miami shot 52.3 percent and buried a season-high 21 3-pointers at a 56.8 percent clip in Saturday’s victory. They shot just 29.6 percent from 3-point range over their first five games.
Jimmy Butler tallied 27 points on 8-of-12 shooting and 10-of-11 from the charity stripe, in addition to his five rebounds, seven assists and three steals. Tyler Herro piled on with 22 points on 8-of-19 shooting — including 4-of-8 from 3-point range — in 32 minutes off the bench.
