Miami Heat point guard Kyle Lowry has been ruled out of Tuesday night's Game 5 against the Philadelphia 76ers because of a hamstring injury.
Although the Heat have not announced Lowry's status beyond Game 5, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reported Lowry may miss the rest of the series as the team takes a cautious approach.
Lowry suffered a left hamstring strain in Game 3 of the Heat's first-round playoff series against the Atlanta Hawks on April 22. He missed the remainder of that matchup plus the first two games of Miami's second-round postseason series versus the Philadelphia 76ers.
