Hassan Whiteside‘s triple-double wasn’t enough to offset sloppy play by the Miami Heat in a loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Hassan Whiteside was perhaps at his most dominant, posting a triple-double with blocks, but it wasn’t enough for the Miami Heat to beat the Minnesota Timberwolves at AmericanAirlines Arena Tuesday night. Whiteside, who had 22 points, 14 rebounds and 10 blocks in 34 minutes, was the best player for the Heat tonight, altering shots at the rim and cleaning up missed attempts from his teammates.
However, the Heat just missed too many opportunities, committing 22 turnovers and missing 16 of their 30 free throws.
