This comes as Ultimate Software merges with The Kronos Group to create the Ultimate Kronos Group, according to Darren Rovell.
The jersey patch sponsor, for the @MiamiHEAT, Ultimate Software, has merged with with The Kronos Group to make the Ultimate Kronos Group.
