Josh McRoberts has suffered another injury and is now out indefinitely for the Miami Heat with a stress fracture on his left foot.
McRoberts also injured the same foot during the second round of the NBA Playoffs against the Toronto Raptors and complications from his recovery kept him out of training camp and the preseason along with the first seven games of this season.
As ESPN notes, his streak of 19 straight games played leading up to Tuesday’s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder was his longest with the Heat and counting tonight’s game, he will have “missed 119 out of the 210 games played, including playoffs, since he was signed by the Heat”.
