Just one day before the start of training camp, Miami rounds out their roster.
Moments before the start of Media Day and a day before training camp is set to begin at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, the Miami Heat announced the official signing of guards John Lucas III and Tre Kelley.
Miami's roster now stands at the maximum of 20 players for camp, with five cuts needed before the regular season begins.
