Miami had a chance to steal it late but couldn't overcome the hot shooting from their opponent.
A disappointing finish coupled with shooting struggles from both Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh spelled doom for the Miami Heat in their 100-93 loss to the L.A. Clippers on Sunday.
Both teams started the game slowly but the Clippers gradually begin heating up from the field, first with J.J. Redick scoring from both long range and on drives to the rim and afterwards with Jamal Crawford, Paul Pierce and Chris Paul providing timely baskets to grab the lead and maintain control of the game.
