The Miami HEAT fell to the Los Angeles Clippers 104-90 Wednesday night at Staples Center. Gerald Green led the way for the HEAT with 19 points.

With some players out due to injury, Green provided much-needed instant offense off the bench. The swingman was simply on fire in the first half, as he scored 13 points on 5-of-11 shooting through the first two quarters. He received plenty of good looks thanks to Miami’s superb ball movement earlier in the game.
While Green scored the majority of his points before halftime, he nailed a three in the third as the Clippers were mounting a run and also knocked down a mid-range jumper against Jamal Crawford.
