Heat basketball is officially back. And I don’t mean scrimmages with 10 minutes quarters, I’m talking about the real thing. Regular season, NBA basketball. This matchup with the Denver Nuggets is Miami’s first of eight seeding games, before they go into the postseason (the Heat have already clinched a playoff spot). Currently they stand in 4th place only a couple games between the 3 seed Celtics and 5 seed Pacers. These games will be important for the Heat as they iron out defensive issues and cement a rotation for the playoffs.
