Dwyane Wade Leads Miami Heat to 96-84 Win Over Timberwolves

The Miami Heat took care of business, beating a young Minnesota Timberwolves team 96-84 in Minnesota.

It was one of those Vintage Wade Nights for Dwyane Wade, who scored 25 points against the Minnesota Timberwolves Thursday night to give the Miami Heat a 96-84 win and improve to 3-2 on the season. Minnesota falls to 2-2.

The Heat were noticeably more experienced than the Timberwolves. Minnesota didn’t seem to have an answer for Wade, whose game-high 25 points were scored on an efficient 11-of-19 from the field. He got to his spots and got the shots he wanted.
