Picking up a few years after you graduated college, after you’ve been doing play-by-play for Cornell University, you made your way to Rhode Island to cover, among other things, Providence College hoops. Career-wise, were these your formative years?
I got to work in the Big East during one of the greatest periods of college basketball for any conference ever. I also got to take an unexpected, somewhat miraculous ride to the 1987 Final Four with Providence.
