The Miami Heat/Kyrie Irving marriage wasn’t meant to be — at least for now.
ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported today that the Cleveland Cavaliers have traded Kyrie Irving to the team they vanquished in the Eastern Conference Finals, the Boston Celtics.

Although the Miami Heat were on Kyrie Irving’s list of preferred destinations, the Cavaliers could seek out the best deal for their team when trading a player who still has two years left on his contracts.
