AmericanAirlines Arena’s outdoor venue, the Xfinity East Plaza, is a platform for up-and-coming local bands and performers. If you’ve recently attended a Miami HEAT game, then you know something exciting is always happening on stage.

We’re hosting the second annual “Battle of the Bands” presented by JBL.
Local musicians and bands will compete for a rare opportunity to play on the main court during halftime of a HEAT game in front of 19,600 fans—no pressure! The winning band will also take home a $5,000 cash prize courtesy of JBL, along with prizes, incentives and more (see the full list below).
