Not only is Brian Flores new to his job, he also has two coordinators that have never called plays before. Flores being the newest head coach of the Miami Dolphins added Chad O’Shea and Patrick Graham to his staff and neither has any experience as a play caller. This is why the preseason is so important to them, as Flores stated. The new guys get the chance to practice before things get serious when the regular season begins.
