Free agency begins on Wednesday (March 16), but teams are able to talk to and negotiate with players starting on Monday (March 14). The Miami Dolphins have plenty of needs to address and could end up being big spenders as they are one of the teams with the most cap space in the NFL. We’ve already seen plenty of reports on who the Dolphins may be interested and we’ll find out in a couple of days if any of those rumors are true or not.
