For whatever reason, the football gods decided that the Miami Dolphins quarterback room would be an injured mess this season. Tua Tagovailoa dealt with two concussions, Teddy Bridgewater dealt with knee and finger injuries, and Skylar Thompson got dinged up also. It’s unfortunate for Tua as he was playing really well when he was able to play. But availability is a huge trait at the quarterback position. There will be plenty of quarterbacks hitting the free agent market and it’s going to be up to the Dolphins to find a backup that can step in and win games when Tua can’t go.
