It is official. Frank Gore has been placed on injured reserve and that will end his 126 consecutive game streak. Of those 126 games, Gore started 122 of them and was eight starts away from tying Eddie George’s record of 130. Gore is a leader in the locker room and played a bigger role in this offense than was expected of him.
