The Dolphins Again Waive Defensive End Tank Carradine

Carradine was cut at the end of training camp, re-signed after Week 1 and on the field for Week 2, and then a healthy scratch for Week3 while recently-acquired Cowboys draft bust Taco Charlton was made active. With the open roster spot created by releasing Carradine, Miami may add a wide receiver or offensive lineman, both positions of need because of injuries.

Originally a second-round pick out of Florida State by the San Francisco 49ers in 2013, the 29-year-old Carradine spent four years in San Fran but never emerged as dominant lineman. He spent part of last season with Oakland but only appeared in one game before requesting his release.
