Slowly and quietly, the biggest question of the Dolphins’ offseason has become whether quarterback Ryan Tannehill requires surgery on his left knee.
And to think, just a few weeks ago it seemed whether to re-sign wide receiver Kenny Stills, who could depart via free agency, might be the biggest question of the offseason, or perhaps whether to extend the contract of wide receiver Jarvis Landry, or who to select in the first round of the draft.
It seemed the Dolphins, by now, would have been certain on a course of treatment for Tannehill’s injured knee.
