Every year we enter the period right before the NFL draft with some sort of preconceived idea of what our Miami Dolphins are going to do in the draft or at least with the first pick of the draft. We have either absorbed the plethora of rumors that all point in one direction or have perhaps taken the word of someone in the front office when they state something as gospel despite these statements about various players often served up to the public as smokescreens for the rest of the league's teams. Sometimes the team does exactly what the fan base and the media believes will happen like when they selected Tua Tagovailoa with their first pick in last year's draft.
