The final weekend of the 2015 NFL regular season is upon us, and, after today, the 12 teams making the Playoffs will be known. Here are the clinching scenarios for every team.
The NFL Playoffs start a week from today, but there are still a lot of teams trying to play their way into the postseason, as well as most teams trying to clinch their seeding for the tournament. Only four of the six teams in the AFC are sure to be in the Playoffs, but none of the seeds have been settled. On the NFC side of the bracket, all six Playoff teams are locked, but there are still seeds are up for grabs.
