The sixth and final NFL Wildcard round playoff game will take place this evening when the NFC East’s second-place Dallas Cowboys travel to take on the NFC South’s first-place Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Despite the Cowboys being the visiting team and the lower seed in the NFC they had an overall much better record this season at 12 and 5, a full four games better than the Buc’s who managed only an 8 and 9 record but still managed to win possibly the worst division in the NFL this past season. These two teams kicked off the 2022 season against one another in a game that saw Tampa defeat Dallas at home by a 19 to 3 score.
