Miami Dolphins linebacker Mike Hull and back-up center Jake Brendel will sit out the first eight weeks of the season as they are both eligible to come back from the short-term IR list. Hull injured his knee during a pre-season game. The two IR placements helped make room for Miami’s waiver claims on Sunday.
The Dolphins claimed quarterback Luke Falk and WR Tanner McEvoy. McEvoy is a 6’6″ receiver who add a tremendous amount height to the offensive unit.
Sunday however was all about the practice squad and the Dolphins spent the day filling the 10 player unit with familiar faces.
