After watching a lot of defensive players going early, quarterbacks began to slide and many believed that Dwayne Haskins would be the selection at pick 13 but the Dolphins have stuck to their guns and are rebuilding with an emphasis, at least early, on the trenches.
Wilkins was a phenomenal player at Clemson and perhaps more importantly a leader on defense. He is vocal and should immediately help both the Dolphins run defense and pass rush.
