According to reports, the Miami Dolphins have ended whatever competition there was between 15-year veteran John Denney and Wes Farnsworth. Denney continues to defy the odds.

There was never a huge competition for the job but the Dolphins did like what Farnsworth was doing, they simply liked what Denney was doing more. Denney has been around so long that there are continual jokes about him and history.
