Gerrid Doaks almost didn’t get drafted but the Miami Dolphins finally dipped into the RB pool late on Saturday’s day three wrap up.
Doaks joins a Dolphins unit that typically carries four or five backs at most and is already staffed with Myles Gaskin, Malcolm Brown, Salvon Ahmed, and a combination of Patrick Laird and Malcolm Perry. Now, Doaks has to try and win that final roster spot.
