Pouncey finished his first 16 game season since his rookie year. He will be more than happy to give you the finger for doubting him. O.k. so good for you, now can you do it again? Consistency is a key with any offense and if your center can’t make it through a full season it creates problems.
This is where the Dolphins need to be proactive this off-season instead of reactive. Pouncey is going to count $9 million against the cap this year. Only $2 million of that will be lost if they release him. In all likelihood they will restructure but even that creates longer term problems.
