Over the course of the free agent period, the Miami Dolphins seemed to have focused on adding more draft picks. In fact it seems they added more picks in 2020 then free agents to their roster.
When the NFL Draft gets under way next Thursday the Dolphins will have plenty of time to watch it unfold in front of them. If the quarterbacks drop the Dolphins may be able to turn the 13th pick into more selections in both 2019 and 2020.
Identifying who the best trade partners would be is subjective but we can look at teams that may have the desire to move up should a player they like, whether quarterback or defensive player, drops.
