Miami Dolphins are young and can’t afford pre-snap penalties anymore

Pre-snap penalties are more than just drive killers for the Miami Dolphins. They shape the game. The Dolphins are too young and inexperienced to overcome continuous pre-snap infractions and this weekend’s game is not going to be an easy one.

The Baltimore Ravens are tough, especially defensively. They will force the offensive line to play defensive instead of aggressive. Miami can’t play on their heels. If they do, they will have false starts throughout the game.

In Miami’s case, losing five yards before the ball is snapped puts the team in a position that Chad O’Shea won’t be able to call his offense.
