Signed to a contract extension earlier this year, receiver and kick returner Jakeem Grant is now spending the end of the season on IR, just like he did last season to finish his Miami Dolphins 2018 season.
Grant signed a four-year extension worth just under $20 million. He has been largely disappointing this year as he dealt with nicks through the season. Last year’s season ended with a calf injury that did not require surgery. This year it is a high ankle sprain.
Grant has no receiving touchdowns this season and has only been targeted 32 times this season.
