The Dolphins will open their exhibition schedule on the road against the New York Giants the weekend of August 11th. Actual game days have yet to be assigned. In week 2 they will travel for a 2nd time to the state of Texas to play the Dallas Cowboys.
Miami will wrap the pre-season with a two game home swing. The first game will be an August 25th game at 8:30 which is a Thursday night. The Dolphins will get the likely primetime spot that week. The following week, Miami will host the Tennessee Titans.
The two week opening road trip is not surprising.
