Andy Slater is reporting that LB Koa Misi has agreed to a restructured contract with the Dolphins to remain with the team.
The Dolphins have clearly been focused on upgrading the linebacker position this offseason by signing Lawrence Timmons and pursuing free agent Zach Brown in recent days. Beyond that, Miami signed LB Kiko Alonso to a new three-year extension worth $25 million on Tuesday.
Misi 30, is a former second-round pick of the Dolphins back in 2010. He was in the final year of his five-year, $17.
