The Miami Dolphins off-season has been delayed quite a bit from the presumed head coach Brian Flores still playing all the way to the championship game and the team he called defensive plays for the Patriots taking the title. Should he become head coach which is expected to happen the day after the title game then we will start to see which it is. Tanking or a re-build.
And there is no reason that the signs would happen right away. New coaches tend to get their own side of things in place with other coaches, assistants and position coaches as well as other player personnel first then come player decisions which would be cuts and depending on which players are cut only then would a clearer picture form as to which way this off-season might be going.
