Former Dolphins legend Jason Taylor officially elected to Pro Football Hall of Fame

After a long and arduous process, the Hall of Fame class of 2017 has been revealed, and former Dolphins legend Jason Taylor is on the list.

Which means very soon, Taylor will have a bust on display in Canton, Ohio, placing him in the same category of some of the game's greatest players in history.

Taylor was a member of the Dolphins for 13 of his 15 seasons in the NFL, spending one season each with the Washington Redskins and the New York Jets before returning to Miami for his retirement.

It is not yet known who else will be inducted, but it is confirmed that Taylor - along with former Chargers legend LaDainian Tomlinson - are the only two first-ballot hopefuls who managed to make the cuts from 15 to 10 and then finally five.
