Adam Gase made his first move as Dolphins coach: waiving tackle Jason Fox.
Fox signed with the Dolphins before the 2014 season as a backup tackle.
Injuries forced him to start 13 games in two seasons, including a career-high 11 starts in 2015.
But he struggled in those starts and the Dolphins are looking to upgrade the line.
The core of the Dolphins offensive line — left tackle Branden Albert, center Mike Pouncey and right tackle Ja’Wuan James — will return.
The Dolphins will likely upgrade at least one guard spot, if not both.
