Dolphins Super Bowl odds falling, Patriots alone on top

The Miami Dolphins opened with 50-1 odds to win Super Bowl LI, odds that were released the morning after the Denver Broncos won Super Bowl 50. Seven days later, despite nothing having changed for the Dolphins, or any other team, the odds for the Dolphins have gotten even longer.

Miami is now a 66-1 longshot to hoist the Lombardi Trophy after the 2016 season. The Dolphins are now in a group with the Jacksonville Jaguars, Oakland Raiders, and Tennessee Titans. Only the Cleveland Browns, at 150-1, have worse odds.

The odds also saw the Seattle Seahawks and Pittsburgh Steelers fall from a co-favorite position with the New England Patriots at 8-1 into a three-way tied with the Green Bay Packers at 10-1.
