The Miami Dolphins may not actually pop champagne when the last team loses each season but they may want to this year. The Carolina Panthers attempt at perfection came up a few games short as they lost today to the Atlanta Falcons.
The loss by the Panthers is little comfort to Dolphins fans who are growing impatient with the continual losing seasons that they are presented with. Still in a season full of misery there is at least history to lean on. If only for a little while.
The Panthers looked poised to make a legit run at perfection despite a tough post-season schedule that would pit them against the Arizona Cardinals and Seattle Seahawks at some point.
