A day after releasing tight-end Jake Stoneburner in favor of veteran Rashaan Melvin the Dolphins announced today that they have released Tyler Patmon in favor of another street corner.
We have signed cornerback Brandon Harris and waived cornerback Tyler Patmon.
Harris was a former 2nd round pick by the Houston Texans in 2011. He played three seasons for the Texans before signing with the Tennessee Titans. In 2015 he tore his ACL a month before training camp and missed the entire 2015 season.
A product of Miami University, Harris will get a chance to show he can win a position on the teams roster.
