Frank Gore continues to climb up the all-time leaderboards. With his fourth carry Sunday against the New England Patriots, Gore passed LaDainian Tomlinson on the all-time list for both yards from scrimmage and all-purpose yards.
With the Miami Dolphins holding an early 7-6 lead at Hard Rock Stadium, Gore ran left and followed his blockers for a 4-yard gain, vaulting him past Tomlinson into fifth all time in yards from scrimmage and past the Hall of Famer for ninth all time in all-purpose yards.
The running back entered the day with 18,414 yards from scrimmage in his career and 18,421 all-purpose yards.
