The Miami Dolphins announced three roster moves on Wednesday morning, officially announcing the signing of cornerback Chris Culliver, as well as announcing the release of offensive lineman Jacques McClendon and linebacker Danny Lansanah. The team also placed Culliver on the Physically Unable to Perform list.
Culliver joins Miami after spending 2015 season with the Washington Redskins, but he only appeared in six games before tearing his ACL. A third round pick of the San Francisco 49ers in 2011, he has appeared in 52 career games, starting half of them, with 143 tackles, 7 interceptions, 39 passes defensed, 2 forced fumbles, and 2 fumble recoveries with a touchdown.
