The Miami Dolphins move into phase three of the offseason training program on Monday, meaning the team can ramp up on-field workouts, including the start of offense versus defense drills. The workouts cannot be contact drills but can be 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 workouts. Phase three runs from Monday through June 18.
During this phase, the Dolphins will be allowed ten days of Organized Team Activities (OTAs), all of which are voluntary workouts. The team will also be allowed one mandatory minicamp, the only mandatory item for players between the end of the preceding season and the start of training camp in July.
