After last season, one factor that was weighed in Dolphins personnel decisions was what players quit during lopsided games. For example, the Dolphins believed some players quit during the second half of the Carolina game on Monday Night Football, when the Panthers ran roughshod over the Dolphins.
But a Dolphins source said before the season that one of several reasons the Dolphins kept Reshad Jones is that he didn’t quit and always gave maximum effort.
