Charles Harris, DE, first round: The Dolphins knew ahead of time that Harris was a long-term play. He remains a raw prospect and backup to veteran starters Cameron Wake and Andre Branch. Harris, who has played in every game so far with one start, must work on his run defense to eventually become an every-down player. Grade: Average
Raekwon McMillan, LB, second round: The former Ohio State product was on his way to earning a starting job as a rookie until suffering a season-ending knee injury during the preseason.
