I promise I won’t do a recap for every primetime NFL game.
But after everything we’ve been through, I thought last night’s season-opener between the Kansas City Chiefs and Houston Texans deserved a little bit of attention.
After all, the Dolphins currently possess the Texans’ first and second-round draft picks in 2021. In exchange for the treasure trove of draft picks, Houston got left tackle Laremy Tunsil—who they rewarded with a new rich new contract extension.
And yes, I realize this is just the first game of the season—a season in which teams have had to deal with the unexpected.
