After entering the selection process with the sixth pick, a selection the Dolphins held after adding the third-overall pick from the Houston Texans in a trade, turning that pick into the 12th-overall pick and future picks, then turning the 12th pick and future picks into the sixth pick, the Dolphins are on the move again.
After making two selections in the first round, adding wide receiver Jaylen Waddle and edge rusher Jaelan Phillips, the Dolphins entered the second day with three picks scheduled.
