MEMPHIS – The double team of Hanna Sohn and Claire Sullivan grabbed the consolation doubles title at the Roberta Alison Tournament with a 6-3 victory, Saturday.
Teammates Laura Bente and Josephine Cao finished in third place in their draw with a 7-6 (5) victory in the Camino Draw, while the team of Katherine Cao and Lina Hohnold advanced to the championship match of their draw, but got edged 6-4.
Sohn and Hohnhold also advanced to the championship of their respective singles draws. Sohn was downed by USC's Rianna Valdes, 6-2, 6-3, while Hohnhold won her first set 7-6, but dropped the second 6-4.
