MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis women's basketball team spent several hours Monday afternoon at the West Cancer Center in Germantown, Tenn. Players, coaches, and additional athletic support staff took part in activities at the WCC.
"The first thing that it shows us is that West Cancer Center is an amazing facility and the great job they are doing helping all people in the Mid-South and across the country with their cancer care," said head coach . "You can tell it's a family environment there and that they really care about their patients and that they are just trying to help people get well and live a great quality of life.
