MEMPHIS, Tenn. – As the regular signing day period is quickly approaching, the University of Memphis women's basketball team has a lot to celebrate as all three of its early period signees had successful senior seasons.
"We are even more excited today than we were in November about Alana, Finess, and Jada joining us as each of them had stellar senior campaigns," said head coach Melissa McFerrin. "Jada and Alana earned First-Team All-State recognition, while Finess was the floor general on her nationally-ranked squad. We are especially excited that each of their high school teams played deep into postseason, which is a program standard for us at Memphis.
