INDIANAPOLIS – University of Memphis 7-foot-1 center James Wiseman continues to make national watch lists.
Thursday, the U.S. Basketball Writers Association selected 46 standout players for its initial watch list for the Oscar Robertson Trophy, presented to the men's national player of the year. Wiseman earned his sixth inclusion on a national watch list. He's also up for the: John R. Wooden Award, Citizen Naismith Trophy, Lute Olson Award, NABC Player of the Year and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Center of the Year.
In the three games he has played this season, Wiseman is averaging a double-double of 19.
