BALTIMORE, Maryland – Redshirt junior quarterback has been named to the 2019 Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award watch list as announced by the organization Monday afternoon. The award is presented annually to the top senior or fourth-year junior quarterback set to graduate with their class by the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Educational Foundation.
White is among 48 quarterbacks listed on the watch list. He joins six other quarterbacks from the American Athletic Conference named as preseason candidates.
Starting in all 14 games last season, White finished with 3,296 total passing yards, the fourth-most in a single-season in program history.
